Lost Package Policy

At Gleam & Glam, we strive to ensure that all orders are delivered promptly and securely. Once your package is handed over to USPS, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier for delivery. If your package is lost or you believe it was not delivered, we ask that you contact USPS directly to open a claim. As a reminder, we provide a tracking number with every order, which is emailed to you (please check your inbox and spam folder).
If USPS shows that your package has been delivered, Gleam & Glam is not responsible for misplaced, stolen, or undelivered items. We recommend checking with your local postal service or neighbors if you have not received your package. Thank you for your understanding.

Quality Assurance & Defective Product Policy

We take great care in thoroughly checking each item before packaging to ensure you receive the best quality. However, if you do receive a defective product, we ask that you please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide a clear photo or video of the defective item. Once we receive the details, we will either send you a replacement (if available) or issue a refund for the defective item if it is out of stock. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we’re here to help if anything goes wrong. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for assistance! 

Incorrect Shipping Information
